We truly appreciate your support.
Since we deal exclusively in digital products, our refund rules are slightly different from physical goods.

1. No Refund on Digital Products

All our products are digital, instantly downloadable, and cannot be “returned.”

Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the order is completed.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Wrong product purchase

  • Discount request after purchase

  • Lack of knowledge in using Excel/Canva/Google Sheets

  • “I didn’t like the product”

  • “I thought it would be something else”

Once the files are delivered, the sale is considered final.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds ARE Issued

We issue refunds only in the following rare cases:

✔ Payment was made, but the product was NOT delivered

If you don’t receive the download link or email, contact us within 24 hours.

✔ File is corrupted or not opening

If the file is technically broken and cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund.

✔ Duplicate payment

If you were charged twice for the same order, we will refund the extra charge.

Refunds are issued only after verification.

3. Replacement Policy (Preferred Over Refund)

Before offering a refund, we will first try to:

  • Re-send the files

  • Provide an alternative download link

  • Give you an updated or fixed version

We always try to resolve the issue quickly.

4. Timeframe for Refunds

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
